Works for needing a webcam for maybe just video calling someone. But if you’re looking to stream games or anything this is not for you.

Sleek and works well. Order arrived in breakneck speed. Two days if I recall.

I needed a camera to attach to my PC for a Skype job interview and this one was great. Perfect clarity and perfect price.

Does really well at what it's for. I wish it did better at staying where it was put.

This camera is not really good. it's VERY Basic, you will probably need to use extra lighting just for a good picture.

Does NOT support windows 10/11. If your PC is more than 10 years old and you're running an unsupported OS this is a great purchase. If you have a computer built in the last decade, you'll probably have to return it.

I bought this camera 19 days ago, unfortunately it is not compatable with my older Apple computer, I tried to return it today, with the receipt, however, they would not let me return it because it was past the 15 day return policy. Today was my first opportunity to return the item, and now I am stuck with a camera that I can not use. I will not shop at Best Buy any longer and will be canceling my credit card with them. I guess I will shop Amazon from now on , since they have a 30 day return policy. BUYER BEWARE.

The webcam works well and is easy to install. The only problem is the quality of the color. Skin colors look yellowish.

The clip that holds the camera to the monitor is very weak, no tension at all to steady or even attach the camera to the monitor thus making it un useable. I called Logitech and they said the clip has no spring to make the clip adhere to any monitor, one would have to adhere the clip with some sort of tape.

Generally, I am a huge fan of Logitech. They make good quality stuff. Unfortunately, the problem I had with this device is that it would not install properly on my windows 7, either from the included cd or from the downloaded software from the logitech site. The hangup was always when it tried to install the drivers, esp. for the mic. Of the two times I did get it to install, everything worked except the mic; it didn't recognized the mic and said no drivers were installed. It looks like from the other reviews that it worked fine, just not in my experience. And I like things working right the first time. Switching to a Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 today.

I have multiple computers, all all work on Windows 7,it was a terrible to install it, and you can not install any of the other software that comes with it. This webcam has been out for awhile, and they still not figured out how to get the webcam to Install without you haveing to turnoff all the extras on your computer to keep it from crashing your computer. SO IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 7, DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS

I installed the webcam and previewed - big green splotches in the picture. I did all of the suggestions offered in FAQ and still had big green splotches. I contacted Logitech for help, they referred me to a third party who wanted $58 to "consider" my problem. I still have green splotches and no way to get rid of them except buy a different webcam. Lousy customer service and lousy product,

I always believed that LogiTech had great products. Wrong!! I bought this Web cam on sale. I installed it and thought all was well. Wrong again. I use Windows 7. I could not get the thing to record my voice. The support team was totally useless. I paid $29.95 for a software program that didn't work either. My speakers were OK as well as the microphone with the Web cam.. Still can't record with sound. I wouldn't waste my time, and above all my money, buying this thing. It may have worked well for other Window versions but not Windows 7.

I've had this camera twice before and each one had failed within months of receiving. They seem to "burn out". On each of my Windows PC's the camera is no longer recognized as what it was originally. The computer sees it as a USB Video Device. The camera is no longer usable. I thought I'd give them another try with this one. Well, less than 2 months of use, this one did the same exact thing. I'm getting to the point to think that my PC is "eating" this camera. Logitech support has no answers to this problem but they have always been good to send me another one. I think that after 3 of these cameras, I'm done.

It died after not even 3 years of limited use. The screen just went all white. No picture. After a bit of research, it's a common issue with this camera. Logitech support was horrible. No replacement. "Please just purchase a new one it has reached the end of its useful life".

I have no clue if it works or not. When plugged in to the computer it will search for "it's" program on line. After that it is just something that sits on top of the screen. Good thing it is discontinued. At least it was cheap.

Unacceptable blurry picture. My IT folks tried every things, every setting and could not get the picture clear. It was like being nearsighted without your glasses. Had to return it.

Worked well initially but only after 3 months it stopped working. Its a hardware issue. These are really old models I would get a newer one.
