Great affordable webcam with narrow field

This does the trick. It is pretty zoomed in on my face though, and hard to aim (it doesn't aim left and right, only up and down). I had to jury rig it using a hair tie and some aluminum foil and still I have to readjust it multiple times per day. Gets the job done though. Comes with software to adjust the picture but it isn't great because you have to run it and readjust things every time you restart, not worth the hassle for me.

Works for what I need it to do. I was actually surprised by how clear the picture looked and the fact that there was no input lag. The only complaint is that the USB cable is a bit short for my setup, but a USB extender cable fixed that issue (not my monitors are attached to a monitor stand, making them higher than normal, and I needed the extra cable length to have it go up to the monitor).
