(I had incorrectly assumed the monitor had those already built-in!) After initial set-up difficulties, I am greatly satisfied with everything. This Webcam works much like the built-in one we had on our late 2009 iMac which had a mail-functioning hard drive (not reparable). I wish some simple documentation came with the products purchased, to make set-up easier instead of internet "hunting".
