Decent, and reliable

It's reliable, and logitech has great software. Definitely a good buy if you're looking for a webcam for online classes.

Not worth.

Posted .Hello Nufo, I'm sorry to hear that your C505 webcam wasn't working properly. That camera should auto focus, so since it's not doing that, I would recommend downloading our Logitech Capture software. From there you should be able to reset the auto focus feature, which should make it work again. If not, you can also manually focus the camera via that software as well.

Webcam ? seriously

Computer said it was installed could not find it anywhere . No instructions with it to see what to do or try to do . Took this right back to Best Buy fortunately they where kind enough to give my money back. Why this was built or made is beyond me ,

Posted .Hello, we are so sorry to hear that the C505 webcam did not meet your expectations. In order to use the C505 webcam, you need to use a program to access it. Whether its via Zoom, google meetups, skype, camera, microsoft teams, etc... You need to go to your programs video settings and select the Logitech C505 HD webcam as the source.
