    This camera is fine. The quality of the video is not as good as my mac (and it doesn't claim to be) but I needed a camera I could put on my monitor. But it's fine, I wouldn't know any difference if I didn't have a better camera. It wouldn't have been my first choice but needed it for work and webcams were scarce at the time.

      Hi, you have to change the settings in the app you're using it with like Zoom for instance, to start using the C615 webcam instead of the default. You can also use the Logitech Capture app to take pictures and adjust the settings that way.     Due to high demand from those required to work from home during COVID-19 lockdown, I have been waiting for weeks to get a webcam for video conferencing for my job. It finally was available for purchase, I was not sure this model would work with my PC. I was not disappointed! Fast and easy setup in just minutes! Thank you Best Buy! You really came through at the nick of time!
