    As with most Logitech devices, this worked well right out of the box, just plug and play. Downloading the software lets the user see what the camera is showing and set viewing angle and sound. Some applications would do better with a headset, because sound in small rooms can have a minor echo. A good product at a reasonable price.

    Im using this as an octoprint camera for a large scale 3d printer. the resolution is nice.

    On my Mac mini there was very little problem setting this up. Be aware that Safari does not support video chats on Facebook. For that, you will need Chrome or Firefox. FaceTime works great. The image quality is not nearly as good as my iPhone 6s Plus or MacBook Pro . The sound from the built-in mic in the camera wasn't that great but it could just be the acoustics of my room... Still, not bad for $50.
