Easy set up but image quality is lacking at 1080p resolutions. If you are fine with 1080p this is a great webcam

It serves it purpose. We bought it for my son since his monitor does not have a built in camera and he needed one for school.

I needed to take a picture of some important papers and did not want to use email nor fax but felt safer with this camera.

Easy to install and very easy to use! I bought it to take my exam and I set it up the night before! Clear and clean quality.

Works great! I would prefer a longer cord and bigger clasp (using a tv not a monitor) but its all good.

Get Drivers from internet to integrate Microphone & Video setup. Works well and I enjoy the ability for the camera to go on a monitor or stand on it's own.

The webcam has excellent video and audio but camera controls are not convenient

Purchased this web cam, has a video stream and easy to connect. Only wish to have a longer usb cable.

I'm using this camera to verify LEDs are illuminated during product testing. I only wish there was a way to fix the position of the camera as I needed to fabricate a jig to hold it in place on all 3 axis.

It worked for exactly 33 days and then died, just long enough that I couldn't return it to the store. Fortunately, because I'm a Best Buy Rewards member, the store clerk gave me a store credit because I was only 3 days over the limit. Even so, 3 days????

Works good, needed it for work and does the job. Seems a little bit fuzzy at times but most of the time works great.

These cameras are simple plug and play for most devices. All you need is a USB port and you're off. It includes a microphone so it's all you need for a teleconference.

I ordered this camera during the COVID-19 pandemic and had to use curbside pick up. The camera and cord were the only items in the box. Through research, it appears that a booklet and CD should have been included, but we had no way of know that until now. We have been having difficulty getting the camera to zoom in. We paid a lot, not to get all items needed. We’re usually pleased with purchases from Best Buy, but to be sold an open box item as if new is deceiving.

This purchase has satisfied my expectations. I think it is a great purchase for the money.

Purchased this camera for my son to replace an older one that quit working. He loves the camera and says that it is exactly what he wanted. Uses it daily with no problems.
