The image is clear. It has to be at least 20 inches from what ever you are going to view. It doesn’t focus closer than that. Was impressed with the image clarity.

One thing I was not expecting (aside from Covid-19 affecting everything) was that I would get my first experience with proctored exams. I did research and found that this camera was one that was approved. So far, no issues with it.

You don't have many options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Most of us have a laptop or a screen that comes with a webcam, or we use facetime so its unneccesary. My job however required that I get one to take a test so had to run to best buy. The options are funny, this one is twice the quality and rating as the one that's 5$ cheaper and the next closest in price is $50 more with lower reviews. Pretty easy choice to make for pricepoint + quality.

I would expect a little better picture quality given that we're in the year 2022, but you get what you pay for, I guess. I would recommend for basic usage, but not much more.
