    I tell you the one issue I have is Best Buy shipping stinks. Amazon is much better at shipping and logistics.

    The camera requires some adjustments using the Logitech "Camera Settings" application to display a good picture that doesn't look washed-out. In my experience, it helps to reduce the brightness and contrast and manually adjust the white-balance. I wish it would save my adjustments, but I have to re-open the "Camera Settings" application before every video-call I make.

    This camera is used at my office to take photo's of my clients so they are on file, so I don't use the video mode, but the photo's are great and get the job done.
