If you want to position your camera so it's at a more appealing angle for all of your work from home meetings this may be the camera for you. It's cheap. It is not super high def.

Good resolution, but bad software

Otherwise, no picture. Bestbuy was very good about taking it back.

No better than 720p model

The connection was made direct to my USB 3.2 Gen 1 port on a Yoga 9 that is 18 months old, so there should be no worry of driver and connection issues. Searched the Logitech site for possible solutions. The only suggestion I found was the recommendation to not connect the camera through a dock/port replicator device. I have tried both ways and there wasn't any difference. Now I have missed the deadline for return so I will just throw this in the backpack for use on trips.

Also, if you are looking for a significant performance improvement from the C525, I suggest you try the C920s Full HD or any other model that follows.
