Not worth the money

Posted .Hi, you have to change the settings in the app you're using it with like Zoom for instance, to start using the C615 webcam instead of the default. You can also use the Logitech Capture app to take pictures and adjust the settings that way. Okay for the basics

Helpful in certain ways

The microphone doesn't work on gamesites and there's little explanation how to make it work.

Webcam for gaming.

Bare minimum for Xoom and Facerig.

Cable too short

Looks like it might be an okay camera though and Logitech doesn't usually disappoint. Returned for full refund.

Posted .Hi Aimee, So sorry that the C615 HD Webcam didn't work out for you due to it's cord length. The length of the cord is pretty standard---5 feet. There are USB extension cords that you can use for your particular setup and their relatively inexpensive. Hope that you will give Logitech webcams a try again in the future. - Richard from Logitech

Not a good replacement for a C270

The C270 is only 720p, while the C615 is a 1080p camera. Should have been an upgrade, right? But it didn't seem to be. The C270 image was still sharper and with better color. I tried to adjust the C615 image quality and got nowhere. So I returned the C615 and kept my C270.

Disappointing image quality, poor software

I found the low light images grainy with a significant color cast and the shape of the un it did not lend itself to being hand held. The software does not allow you to see the image full screen. It may be OK for a WEBcam on your laptop but it didn't work for my needs. I returned it for a refund.
