    Not happy with order tracking...

    Not a problem with the camera. I haven't actually gotten it yet. When I ordered it for store pick-up the site made it seem like I was just saving money to get it shipped to the store. Instead, it seems that the camera more-or-less wasn't in stock anywhere. Last minute I find out, mostly by going to the store and asking, that after well over a week, they are quite aware that it isn't going to make it on time. Now all the site says is "there is a delay", oh wait, and if they don't get it in another week they'll help me out by auto-canceling the order... thanks Best Buy. I'll order from Amazon next time.

    Drivers represent a bad security risk

    Logitech drivers are not compatible with the Memory Integrity security setting in Windows 10 as part of the Core isolation feature in device security. Until Logitech addresses their drivers being compliant, you have to disable this security feature making their driver and others a vector for elevated execution in the kernal. I highly advise not buying this due to that lapse.

    This product doesn't work on mac laptops

    If you have a laptop with a usb-c port (any mac laptop), this product doesn't work, because you need an adapter to connect it to your laptop and this product doesn't work with adapters. So this product doesn't work on a mac, even though the box says it does.

    Terrible quality and it's causing my laptop to freeze up; very inconvenient when I'm in the middle of a meeting. Attempted to return this product for at least store credit, but I wasn't allowed due to the incredibly small 15 day return window. Terrible experience. Do not waste your money on this product.

    Not worth it - Returning it today

    Unless you're using the C615 with a laptop or it's going to be right next to your computer where you'll be plugging it in, AVOID it. Logitech shortened the USB cable on it and decided not to tell anyone. Plus, it appears to have problems with USB 3.0 - didn't expect it to run 3.0 speeds but didn't think it would be problematic. Should've just bought another C270 - less expensive and has worked great.

    Logitech is fully aware of the fact that this doesn't work with USB 3 -- it's acknowledged deep in the support section of their website -- but they sell the thing anyway with no mention of it on the box. If you have a halfway modern computer, you probably won't be able to use this thing.

    Horrible picture quality

    The video picture quality of this is horrible. It is completely unusable for doing anything other than basic skyping. It looks unbelievably blurry - like beginning of the internet era quality. Nonexistent software feature controls. I'm on a Mac, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

      Hi Sandguppy, we're sorry to see you're having some performance issues with your C615 HD Webcam. If you haven't already, please try to unplug and plug in the webcam again to see if that corrects the blurry issue you're experiencing. If not, you do have a 2 year limited warranty, that can be used to have a replacement sent to you. Hope that helps!

    My wife bought this thinking it was the answer to Skype our daughters at college. This camera seemed like a nice unit. After installing the software it would not function. After reading reviews of the Microsoft camera's and how simple the installation was, I'm bringing this unit back and buying a Microsoft unit.
