It's okay for the price on sale. The picture is sharp but color is not great unless the lighting is really good. The camera does not hold on tight to the top of the monitor or laptop.

Always have used my PC until now. Glad I have the new and updated camera. Love it

Love this bought it for school and it works great. I have been watching which one I wanted and this seemed like the best compared to reviews. I agree with what everyone is saying.

While it worked, it had great video and microphone quality. Works well with Zoom. It lasted about a year. Got it on 0ct 30th in 2020. I was hoping that it would last longer. It still turns on but it flickers between being connected and not connected. It'll stay on video for about 60 seconds before shutting down. Yes I tried to update the drivers on my laptop and I've tested the webcam on another computer and it acts the same with that computer. I don't know what could have happened to it. Maybe a loose connection with the USB. Not sure. I would buy it again if it lasted longer.

We have this web cam on all three of our computers. The video and sound quality is excellent. It is also self-adjusting. Best Buy beats all other competitors on the price. We have used this since July 3, 2020.

Great webcam! A lot of my employees have started to have Zoom meetings and they had desktop computers without webcams or microphones. This has both. Easy to install and use. You won't be disappointed.

Not the top of the line webcam available, but really, it's a webcam, do you really need more than 720p quality?

I use this camera at work, so I purchased one for home. Picture and sound are both excellent!!! Good price and good quality. I would purchase again. So easy to setup and use for Zoom calls.

I have bought two of these. I love them! They are for casual use such as Zoom or recording yourself playing the ukulele. Excellent. Easy to use. Well priced. Get it.

I bought one of these for my grandmother's computer. It was easy to setup and install. We tested it on a family Zoom call and it worked GREAT! I then bought another one for myself. Definitely worth the price.

Excellent video quality, 1080p30, and the microphone is very clear without sounding tinny excellent for both video and voice only chat. Worked on PC and Mac with no additional software needed

With all the WFH, I got tired of using the small laptop for zoom and have a bigger monitor that I use. I needed a decent camera that would sit on top of the larger monitor. This camera does a fantastic job!

Great webcam, no complaints..my son is using this webcam for his online school classes and i have not had any trouble as i did with a different brand. Installation was easy and video quality is great.

The camera was easy to install, the cable is long enough and the image is of good quality and last but not least, the price at Best Buy was not gouged because of the pandemic as was done by other vendors.

Nice crisp video and good mic. I got this to use my desktop for job interviews. The adjustable neck allows for perfect camera angles without messing up monitor setup.

This printer was easily set up and working. It also gets a lot of printing from the cartridge..

I saw this camera when it first came out and I bought it cause it was the highest quality cam at the time. It still works fine today even though I have the c920e but it is still good at 1280x720 at 60fps and 1920x1080 at 30fps

We made this purchase after purchasing a different brand that we returned. This camera is simple to install and works very well. Clarity of the video and audio are very good. We highly recommend it.

The camera is super clear and great and easy to use and i already recomend it to all my friends and relatives.

Finally used it today and the picture quality was great. I did notice it seemed to have a lighting issue and kept darkening and brightening. But otherwise it was easy. Just plug in and go.
