Cord too short

It's very glitchy and shuts down constantly. Good camera, bad software.

Easy Set up, great sound and image quality

I've ever owned. plugged it in, stated Skype, been using it ever since. Image quality is great, friends on the other end have had zero complaints. I'm on Windows 8.1 x64
