Logitech webcam

And when I was on a Zoom meeting last Tuesday, the sound was "echo-y". People had trouble hearing me, and I could hear an echo with one of them. I may have to get a different one, which would be my third since the pandemic started.

The sound you're hearing is most likely from whichever speakers or headset you're using, as the C615 doesn't have a speaker on it. The C615 just has the webcam and a microphone. As for the people having trouble hearing you, I would reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim. Great camera for medical office
