Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This camera/mic clips (softly) onto a desk-top screen (or you can use the included mini-tripod), and provides a clear picture for zooming etc. In addition to doing its fundamental job, for any questions you may have it is supported by excellent customer service backup--prompt and detailed. Well worth a moderately-premium price.

But it does, and it gives me freedom to untether my video feed from the top of my laptop screen. I use it for Zoom meetings so I can be looking at the camera when not looking at my screen. Screws onto a standard tripod so I can adjust the placement, height, angle, etc.

Feature rich enhancements over the 9000 are a pleasant surprise. Would have given 5 stars across the board but a quick start guide would be nice and saved time to browse for instructions.

It is easy to set up and operate. Just be prepared: the tripod is tiny (like four or five inches high). It is useful, but I thought from the product graphic that it was larger. Still, a great deal.

Great Camera!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a knockoff that was supposed to work with WIndows 10 and Mac OS 10.10.5 (iMac 24 2007), but would not work with the Mac. Same money and this performs perfectly on both platforms. Contrast, brightness, color correction, zoom and pan/tilt features work perfectly. The picture quality is excellent. Very Happy with this product!

I've had this thing turned on at least 4 hrs a day, and most days 6-7 hrs, and it's been running perfectly the whole pandemic year (It's March 2021 now). Arm on the back holds to my 27" monitor perfectly well and doesn't move at all. Best cam out there.
