    It works great for streaming, you can do 720p at 60fps or 1080 at 30fps. For streaming (typically) your webcam is not the main focus, so it works great. If you are trying to record something for youtube where you ARE the main focus, there is a surprising amount of grain in the video (no matter how much light you have), and you can't control aperture, so you have a narrow focus field.

    Bought this camera because of the features that you can black out your background or change your back ground. The video quality is very good and the background blocking is decent but not the best.

    Purchased primarily for Tele-med. Docs were able to see a clear resolution for condition of skin, bruising, skin cancers and issues caused by vascular problems. It was able to give me access to medical centers I couldn't travel to for consultations. If it was able to produce quality for these issues, no doubt it will serve the needs for what you are looking for.
