    Not a good one. There were connection and visual problems with that camera and I bought this only 20 days ago. Not worth the price

    The worst dash cam that I have ever seen. It will only work for a few days and then quits. Picture is not great quality either. Would not recommend.

    Camera is terrible 3 1/2 months and it won’t even turn on anymore . Can’t even return it to Best Buy either crazy non sense that is ....

      Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the webcam. It may need a firmware update. This can be found on the support page for this item on Logitech.com. If that does not work, this webcam does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. To file a claim for a new one please visit that same support page. I hope this helps!

    Mic does not work. I have to yell. Otherwise, your party cannot recognize your voice. I regret to buy it.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the C922 webcam. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the webcam due to the microphone quality. The C922 actually has 2 microphones (one on each side), and it sounds like you have a faulty unit. Please exchange it for another unit. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” guide for the C922 webcam for your reference. Here you will find supporting software, product guides and further assistance. Please check the settings in your Virtual Meeting platform, select the C922 as the video and audio input device. You may need to check your computer’s privacy settings to allow the microphone and webcam to communicate with the Virtual Meeting platform.     This stopped working after just 1 month. Tried on different computers but would not connect. Possibly poor wire.

    Good camera with OK integrated microphone

    The picture the camera takes is pretty clear with good color recreation. The integrated microphone is decent and picks up audio from about six feet away reliably. If there is a major knock against this thing it's that the cord could be longer. It is not short by any means, but if you are trying to use this thing to stream a speaker at a podium or something like that, you will need to have your PC right next to it. Using a USB extension cable (which seem to be of universal low quality) can introduce noise. A tip: double check that you are not using mirror image mode before you stream -- unless that's what you like to use.

    I use the C922 for web meetings and really like the sharpness and clarity of the imaging. The Capture software you download from Logitech is free, another plus. and allows you to zoom, change brightness, and make many other adjustments. The csmera fits easily on top of my second monitor. It also came with a mini-tripod whuch I haven't put to use but is easy to fit together. Good value fir my purposes.
