    when it was working, it recorded well and had nice color. good focus. BUT for some reason it would stop working after a while. when i would disconnect/reconnect the issue kept occurring. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing fixed it. wouldve been good if it hadnt been for that issue

    Fine webcam, but the online advertising of the product doesn't actually reflect what you are purchasing; the tripod is not included. However, the salesperson was more than pleased to provide me a tripod for an additional cost.

    The camera had good quality at close range.The distance from the church sound booth to the pulpit was the issue. We had trouble with clarity and lighting.

    It was not very user-friendly, even though it has a hood reputation. I was very disappointed but finally got it working with help. This is not plug and play. Did love how compact it was. That was about it!

    I don't know what happened, it was working okay but now is not. :/ with not guaranteed. I will recommend this for 1 year or less cause I used it a few times not everyday. Buy it with protection.

    If you have a laptop dock you're planning on using this with, be warned that the LEDs on this will blink if your laptop is not docked. I also had some weird inconsistent visual glitched in Microsoft Teams. I switched back to my c920

    The camera's okay, and to get the most out of it, you'll need to tweak the settings (exposure, etc.) with the free Logitech G HUB software. Unfortunately, that software ran on my Mac only once, and won't launch again. Be wary,

      Hey Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble with our software. Sometimes a fresh reinstall of the GHub software can solve the issue, so I would recommend fully removing it from your computer and reinstalling it. In addition, our Logitech Capture software should do the same thing that GHub does, and is a much simpler program. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
