    I compared two five star webcams the Logitech C270 and the Genius F100. They both advertise that they are wide angle cameras. I took each cam and mounted it on my computer monitor in the exact same spot. I am sitting two feet in front of the camera and the cabinet is located six foot to the rear. The Logitech captures the dimensions most accurately but for wide angle the Genius is clearly the winner.

    This seems to be the same basic camera unit as the Logitech C920 webcam (ie, both are 1080p) but this one comes with a tripod style desk stand, and the background removal software. The software is supposed to make this appeal to twitch streamers and the like, by automatically removing background images from the output, leaving just you, as if you had a green screen behind you. In practice, the software running with OBS used more than 40% of my CPU, compared to 3% with the background removal turned off. Additionally, any large or fast movements left portions of the background visible for a moment, until it caught up. If you are looking to be more serious with streaming, you would be better off buying a green screen backdrop, and using the green screen functions in OBS than this product. Otherwise, it's a good camera, and the included stand is handy.
