    This is the second time purchasing this webcam. With the new Zoom culture, we are using it as a family every day 8+ hours for either work or social. The last one made it almost a year at that grueling schedule before the mic went out. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer, but it is great for the pricepoint.

    It's got a great image, but not on Mac. Like so many YT reviews you can find, this camera's auto-exposure is WAY too hot, and there's no way to control exposure with any of the Logi apps. You have to purchase an Apple App to control the settings.

Please ensure you download Logitech Capture, which is free to download and compatible with macOS 10.14 and macOS 10.15. This is where you can adjust your field of view, aspect ratio, and recording resolution. Additional options allow you to adjust white-balance, auto-focus, and frames-per-second settings and so much more. I hope this information was helpful!

    I bought this camera as a replacement for my 2017 27" iMac's built-in webcam, which makes me look completely washed out and paper-white. OK, I'm pale, I get it, but not -that- pale. While this webcam does certainly have a higher resolution than my computer's built-in cam, it did exactly nothing to color correct and make me look like a living entity. I was hoping for sophisticated software controls to color-balance me and set a white-point, but if such controls exist for macOS, I wasn't able to find them. There was something approximating a sepia filter, but instead of only making me look flesh-toned, it made everything in my background also look flesh-toned. As I'm well past the return window (my own fault), I'm packing this device up as I type this and sending it to a friend who needs a webcam for work.
