    Installed too late to return under Best Buy return policy. Image quality is mediocre and the Logitech Capture software cannot be successfully installed on a modern mac - crashes on opening, unusable. So no adjustments can be made on camera definition/frame speed, etc. Logitech software known issue on macs. Learned too late this elderly webcam produced six years ago and software has not worked for others, either.

    I own 2 of these and the biggest problem is any settings you change do not save through a reboot you have to do it over everytime very annoying.

    I read the reviews, some good, some bad...mine is bad. I needed this 100% for good background removal...it failed. BG removal is 3rd party software based and it's pretty sad, with all types of lighting parts of head, arms...get cut off. Don't get if you need background removal.

    Nice except it would not do what I needed it to...remove the background. It only uses a 3rd party software to remove backgrounds but as others have said it does a poor job. Gets real choppy with BG removal and cuts off parts of your head, arms.... or that reason it went back.

    Overall the ascetics and tri pod of the device is really nice, but it has issues working with some razor products. When I attempt to have the web cam plugged in my Razer Deathstalker Ultimate disconnects from my PC. Also could only get the microphone to work while using the windows 10 OS.

    I tried to set this up at home. Come to find out, I needed more "power" than I have. I could set it up without an internet connection, but that would do me no good. There was no indication on the packaging of what computer specs were needed. After a laborious search of the Logitech site, I finally found a page of computer specs. We will be trying the camera at a different location soon

    It worked great at the beginning BUT after a year and a half it stopped working. I tried to take it to best buy and they gave me a runaround and basically told me its a manufacturing defect, so i had to handle it with logitech. But Logitech has been a nightmare. warranty says 1 year on their website but on Bestbuys it says 2 year warranty for parts and over the phone bestbuy rep said that logitech should be able to replace it as long as i go get a diagnostic but still they denied it. Ive wasted to much time trying.

      Hello Michelle, Very sorry to hear that your C922 Webcam has stopped working and all the issues you're having with trying to get this resolved with Best Buy and Logitech. You may need to update the firmware for your camera which you can do by downloading Logitech's G Hub software.
