    If I am paying $100 for a webcam, I expect to get instructions and I expect the laptop to be able to recognize it. I have NO instructions not in or on the box and the laptop is not recognizing that it is plugged into the USB. (Though the laptop DOES recognize anything else plugged into that USB port.) I am sure that I will need to spend a couple hours tonight figuring this out. Very frustrated,

      Hello kwhitco, Very sorry that you're disappointed with the lack of instructions to help you setup the C922 Pro Stream webcam. Here's a link to the Setup Guide PDF that's on the product support page for the C922:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024156234. When you plug in the C922, you can check if your laptop has recognized it by checking on your device menu or you can simply download Logitech's G Hub software.     Hate to say it but the color quality of the Logitech-C922 Pro Stream Webcam was not up to par with what I needed so ended up choosing to do something different.
