    I returned this cam immediately. It didn't focus; auto focus unreliable and no manual override.

    Haven't been able to use it yet since the cord isn't long enough to plug into the computer -- I'm sure it will be fine once we have a connection.

    This web cam was mediocre and I had a huge problem with the audio during an interview

    Bought this in March just before the quarantine for work video calls. Worked great until mid-August and it just died! Computer won't recognize it and it won't turn on! Not happy at all!

    Waste of money, online says it works with Xbox. It doesn’t .

    The tripod is crap. The tripod legs do not lock in place. The locking mechanism works only for the tilt and is easily unlocked. Also, the 1/4 inch thread falls out when the tripod is being screwed onto the base.

    if the video quality im getting out of this is 1080p than the people at logitech need to see an eye doctor, works as a camera just not 1080p even after messing with the settings in the application

    Do not buy this camera. I bought it on May 16 and have used it a handful of times and it stopped working. Had a Logitech previously that lasted about a year with minimal use - this one lasted a month and a half.

    Not great, first one the tripod was broken. 2nd one great difficulty with the OSB website, getting it connected to macbook, took everything back to bestbuy they had the same difficulty

    microphone fails with no explanation, and can't be restrored. There are multiple complaints online about the microphone issues that seem to be widespread and can't be resolved.
