    Disappointed due to short life of this camera

    I purchased this one in March end this year and few days back (less than 6 months) it stopped working all of a sudden. Tried to connect on other USB ports as well as other laptops without any luck.

    The controls for both the camera and microphone are set to max and cannot be adjusted. The microphone cannot be heard even though the volume is on max.

    Logitech - C922 Pro Stream Webcam - poor quality

    I purchased the camera for Zoom and WebEx based training sessions. Unfortunately, the video quality was inferior to that of the integrated camera on my MacBook Air, so I returned it. On the plus side, the Best Buy return and credit was seamless.

    I have the next one down from this model which is great then I go and purchase this as a second cam for my podcast am not happy with it i should have got the same cam that i had. This camera is terrible and quality is bad.

    This camera was supposed to be easy to use. Logitech does not seem to support it - there was no download for use, it does NOT live up to my expectations at all.

    the camera is fuzzing and the mic volume is so bad I have to speak directly into the camera with 2ft or it doesnt work

    I like Logitech in gaming accessories but the webcam is meh. It has a lot of trouble with light adjustment. Get something else for your money.

I have this webcam as well and often times I need to fine tune my space when either streaming or on a video call, in regards to natural light coming into the office (or work space), ring lights, etc. Also, Logitech Capture (free software) is a great resource to enhance and tweak webcam capability.     The worst dash cam that I have ever seen. It will only work for a few days and then quits. Picture is not great quality either. Would not recommend.

If that does not work, this webcam does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech. To file a claim for a new one please visit that same support page. I hope this helps!

The C922 actually has 2 microphones (one on each side), and it sounds like you have a faulty unit. Please exchange it for another unit. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” guide for the C922 webcam for your reference. Here you will find supporting software, product guides and further assistance. Please check the settings in your Virtual Meeting platform, select the C922 as the video and audio input device. You may need to check your computer’s privacy settings to allow the microphone and webcam to communicate with the Virtual Meeting platform.
