I bought this because I needed it for travel and communication. Two issues: 1) It did not enter text into chats with technical staff. 2) The lack of a mouse make maneuvering fields difficult if not impossible 3) the arrow keys did not allow me to navigate to different fields.

This is the latest iteration of the Combo Touch that I have used with my iPads.The my past Combo Touches were for a 13 inch iPad Pro, this one being for my current 11 inch iPad Pro, it is obviously smaller, particularly felt in the keyboard. First, aesthetically speaking, this Combo Touch has some changes to it from the previous models, feeling noticeably lighter to me, even with the iPad being the smaller version, the density feels less. I think part of this is that the material surface doesn’t feel padded like previous versions. This version has a rubbery texture, with no real padding to speak of, but I think this is part of the reason for the less weight feeling. The surface that when open sits on the desktop or table (or lap) is a metal plate, with no rubbery material over it. This makes the keyboard on the inside a very rigid experience, which is good, but the metal being exposed on the outside is an odd choice to me. It’s the only real part that is not covered. Both materials also show fingerprints pretty easily, and being a charcoal gray to black color, that means this does show fingerprints most of the time. Opening up the case is pretty similar to previous versions. The kickstand on the back of the part that holds the iPad is sturdy, and I find it very supportive. It also doesn’t wobble or anything when open, so it feels high quality. The iPad inserts into this part, and forms a lip around the screen, and while this has advantages, I have been worried that it will cause my screen protector to bubble up. Hasn’t yet, but they touch. There is a cutout for the pencil to attach, and it’s a comfortable fit. The keyboard has a great key travel and feels comfortable as well. The function row has shortcut keys and since this attached by magnets, they are very easy to see and access. There is a home key where the ESC key would be, and it goes home when you don’t have a need to escape something, for instance if you have a menu open in an app, that key will back out of the menu, then hitting it again takes you to the Home Screen. The trackpad is large and sensitive. it is a click everywhere type, and is a mechanical action as opposed to a haptic feedback. Some will love this, some won’t. I don’t mind either way as long as you can click at the top and get the same actions as when you click at the bottom. This is a powered through the iPad device, so no charging is needed. It attaches to the other piece that holds the iPad, so to use the keyboard you have to use the back for the iPad, rather than just using the keyboard wirelessly or attached without the cover. Performance wise I find the keys great, but I’m noticing what I think is a software issue where it either ignores my typing or it types something else. I also notice at times the trackpad will register a touch and I have the click touch option off in settings. For this reason and the easy fingerprint issue, I would consider this a decent keyboard, pretty protective case, and versatility, that needs a few updates and possibly improved materials next go round.

We tried everything and this case would not fit. The lip of the case just wouldnt wrap around to get the thing in. Case might be great if it would go on. This was for an 11 inch ipad pro gen 4

I’ve owned this item for months. It works decently - the only issue is the touch mouse no longer works for clicking and I have to use the iPad screen. It lags occasionally when typing, but what more could you ask for…

The combo keyboard case was perfect but in 15 months keys started coming out. Warranty is valid for 12 months only, so a big waste of money. Better to buy Apple product rather than saving some dollars on this.

Felt very flimsy. Ended up returning and getting an apple product instead.

It is very convenient to have but it’s kind of heavy. It takes away from the lightweight feel which is why I purchased my IPad.

Update! After six months of gentle light use by adults only indoor home , no traveling no work the case is falling apart. At this price it should last much longer. Great secure case, wish the keyboard had Bluetooth options.

I found this product’s design to be lacking in a few key areas. The stand is difficult to open, which makes it frustrating to use on a regular basis. Additionally, the material shows fingerprints very easily, which detracts from its overall aesthetic. While it is more flexible than Apple’s version, allowing for multiple positions and angles, it ultimately didn’t work for me. It’s a good concept, but the practical design could use some improvements.

Less expensive than apple keyboard but heavy. More than doubles weight.

Heavily disappointed, loved the previous version of this product. The keyboard is amazing, but everything else is not really good. Cannot attach some USB devices. Fingerprints and scratches everywhere as per other reviews!

Key struck is not always result that shows on screen. Example: composing emails is challenging because device inserts a return or even minimizes email while one is in the act of typing.

Mousepad broke in less than a month. Shame as it was easy to use.

Build Quality is very cheap. I like the folio aspect, but its not worth it when the keyboard feels like a plastic toy.

It doesn't fit my o pad the manager got it for me.

The Logitech Combo Touch iPad Pro 11 Combo Touch keyboard is the better alternative to the Apple's own keyboard. The Logitech Combo Touch doesn't add bulk to your iPad Pro, it provides better protection (serious case protection vibes) and the keyboard is removable. Removable, as in whip it off and still have your iPad protected by the case and can still use the kick stand. They keys are backlit, have good travel, and the touchpad is a nice size with a satisfying clicks on each keypress and responsive scrolling. In short, it's a better choice keyboard for your iPad Pro M4. What's good (great!) It's MUCH light than the Magic Keyboard. The kickstand gives you excellent viewing angles. The fact you can pull the keyboard off quickly when you don't need it is great. Using your iPad to read news at night, or watch some Netflix - get rid of the keyboard in an instant. It is powered all by the iPad pro and the backlit keys are great if you need to work in poor light. What's not so good Minor Issues: The protective case caused my screen protector to lift (top right corner). That was probably a misalignment error by me when I put on the protector. I wish Logitech made a front case for this case when you don't want the keyboard attached. Not sure about On first use you're prompted to install "Logitech Control". It seems the software is used for firmware updates to the keyboard. There were none for me. You could probably uninstall the app after first use as it asks for all sorts of other Bluetooth permissions which it doesn't need.

Out of the box you can tell this is a quality case for your tablet. The case is 2 piece that connects magnetically. The tablet case fits nice and all the cutouts and buttons works flawlessly. I think the back case is made of some type of aluminum which gives me confidence that it will protect my tablet well. I don't know what material the keyboard is made of but it does feel nice. There is a kickstand that is attached to the back of the keyboard giving me many options on which way to keep the tablet up which I really like. There is a cutout for your pen as well. The 2 parts attach and breaks apart with the perfect amount of force in my opinion. It felt sturdy enough where I felt that it wasn't just going to disconnect at any movement but wasn't a hard yank to pull apart as well. My last case holder was very loose and that was such a pain. The keyboard is where this unit shines though. I love the tactile feel when pressing the keys, it was very satisfying. I love the backlit keyboard which really helped in low light conditions. I love the short cut keys at the top, especially the home page and screenshot buttons. Very convenient when using my tablet. The trackpad was huge and had multi-touch capabilities. My fingers glided over the trackpad with no hiccups. The one thing I didn't know, because I just assumed, was, this case isn't using bluetooth. I found out that it connects to the tablet using the smart pin connector which means its powered by the tablet itself. No need to ever charge the case, very cool. I was told this helped with latency and I really did notice. Every track movement and every press of the keys was very responsive. No lag whatsoever. This Logitech case is a absolute winner and a big thumbs up from me. Made my tablet into a laptop.
