Battery was dead.

The battery was apparently dead. It made me realize I didn’t want to deal with batteries. So back inside I went to return it. Service was friendly and helpful. Product not so much.

Great keyboard but the rest disappointing

The keyboard is amazing, but everything else is not really good. Cannot attach some USB devices. Fingerprints and scratches everywhere as per other reviews!

Mouse Stopped Working

The keys still work but the mouse does not. There was no dropping of it, etc. - it’s very well taken care of, it just decided it no longer would like to work. I would not recommend buying this at all. It broke right after my timeline to be able to return it so I’m out the cost of it and it didn’t even make it two months.

Buyer beware! Do not bundle

The iPad was on sale for $100 off and the keyboard was on sale for 25% off. When I went to return the keyboard in store because I did not need it due to receiving another one at Christmas, they removed the $100 discount from my iPad that I purchased at the same time stating that because it was bundled I lose all discounts and would only be refunded around $75 instead of the full purchase price of the keyboard.

Poor Design - Product Failed Twice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this and the edge of the rubber came off around the screen, it is a very poor design, after spending an hour with Logitech customer service and sending them receipts, pictures and videos of the design flaw, they sent me a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement had no further warranty and within 3 months it came apart at the same seem wraps around the screen. There are many other reviews of this product with the exact same failure of the rubber trim piece.
