    Item is to flimsy keyboard drops off every time I try to use it I will be returning this product

      Hello, Very sorry to hear how flimsy you're finding the Combo Touch Keyboard Case has been for you. If you're trying to use the Combo Touch on your lap or on any uneven surface, it won't be stable. It is designed for flat surfaces or is flexible enough to be used by easily detaching the keyboard to use your iPad without it while still affording protection.     Wrong item gor ipad pro gen1 was in the box. Definitely it was not a brand new one. Someone might have put his or her old one and returned it. You should double check if it is a new on as the box has no seals. I am disappointed that Bestbuy sold it as a new one.
