We were looking at the Magic Keyboard but that one doesn’t have a case that goes around the actual iPad and we need that for our family. We got this one over the same other one that was 40$ cheaper because the keyboard detaches, there was a debate but we got this one and glad I did because we take the keyboard off all the time.

Makes the iPad more like a laptop

Great that I don’t have another charging cable, though it’s heavy due to the battery. I love that I can remove the keyboard.

But my only complaint is the cover prevents it from using the finger print option to log in. The power button is covered so I may cut a hole through that area so I will be able to use that feature of the iPad.

Laptop like however very flimsy in attaching

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great update to the Logitech Folio Touch however there a a couple key differences that make it actually inferior to it. 1. This being a detachable case is awesome however I cannot count the times I have moved the iPad in the past couple of days and had it nearly smash on the ground due to its extremely weak magnets holding the keyboard part to the rest of the case. 2. The backlighting is very uneven throughout the keys and does not appear to really have 16 distinct brightness levels. I have only counted maybe half a dozen levels at best. Very misleading. It does not get very bright either. Side note: The trackpad is really good and very responsive!

The magnets were not strong and it would slide when I would carry it. So I was nervous about this one, but it is solid, the magnets hold and I love the finish. The flexibility it offers is so nice. Keys are nice to type on and having the trackpad is a great upgrade for me.

You can conveniently take the keyboard off for taking pictures and your iPad is still protected! I love that the keyboard lights up too! I will admit this is my second one because one of the letters fell off my previous keyboard but that is why I bought this one from Best Buy. Now I have the total tech warranty!

Turn Your iPad Pro into a Laptop

Really enjoy that the keyboard is detachable. Only complaint - it's a little heavy

It charges along with the iPad so I’ve never had to worry about the keyboard not working. It’s lightweight yet durable. I’ve never had an issue with it and will both it again to use with a future iPad.
