The case did not fit the iPad Pro. When I returned it the Best Buy employee asked me to bring the iPad so he could try before a return was made. The Best Buy employee was not able to get it to fit and reluctantly returned the case.

I recently got a ipad pro 11" and was waiting for the the combo touch to go on sale like the one for the 12.9". When it did I immediately bought it. After a month I regret it; like everyone else has said the mouse is hit or miss and also the keyboard layout after awhile hurts. I am currently studying for my CPA so I type a lot and I feel like I need to buy a wrist pad; also this is not made for lap use. Your better off just getting a wireless keyboard and mouse with a lap pad.

This case has a really sleek look. Was extremely happy with the Logitech combo touch case (for the first week) but it seems to be defective. When I would the keyboard it would work but suddenly freeze the whole screen which was not the iPad since it was brand new. Glitches. I was scared it would mess up my iPad so I returned. The case also had a weird fold in the back but I didn’t mind. Would rebuy when there will no longer be glitches on my device caused by the case. This was my personal experience.

Product is solid construction, little stiff to open close and tilt. Product info stated that it would hold/charge pen but it does not do this function.

When it worked, it was great. But usually it would disconnect randomly mid typing.

Works but stand is very unstable for flights. Returned it and purchased Apple version.

Without a doubt the Logitech Combo Touch is the best keyboard case for iPad that I have owned. It complements the iPad Pro 11” with its multi-functional design and gives the iPad Pro new avenues for creativity and mobility. The keyboard is laid out very well and I love the touch of the keys, but the trackpad is a game changer for me. The trackpad gives me the opportunity to decide if I will continue to carry a laptop for field work, or if this gives me the option to be as productive or more so by carrying only the iPad Pro with this added keyboard case and the capabilities it provides. The trackpad is something I have not had on any tablet keyboard before, and iPad is no exception. The trackpad moves as smoothly as any trackpad on any well-designed laptop and is equipped with new click-anywhere control. What this does is allow me to work quickly with apps, word processing, etc. in a smooth, quick, and easy fashion. Basically, the trackpad gives the option and encourages the use of the full workspace. The case is very well designed and constructed of strong materials. It is attractive and is a snug fit for the iPad holding it securely in place and serving as a protection in case of accidental drops. All of the corners are well protected and there is even a cut out for the iPad Pencil, something that is often forgotten or neglected, but really needed. The keypad gives the iPad all of the functions desired in a laptop. Keys are backlit with 16 levels that adjust automatically to the surrounding light levels and practically the entire top row of keys provides iPad OS shortcuts and quick volume controls. Bluetooth pairing is not necessary as the key and track pad both use the Smart Connector Technology to instantly connect the two. I was delighted to find that the keyboard does not have a battery that needs charging; and therefore, does not have extra charging cables to also keep up with. Instead, the case is powered directly from the iPad Pro through the same technology – Smart Connector - that connects the iPad to the keyboard. The keyboard case has been uniquely designed and offers 4 modes for working. The keyboard can be attached, and the kickstand raised on the iPad case to exactly replicate a laptop. The keyboard can be removed, and the case retained on the iPad and used with the kickstand opened to hold the iPad for viewing, zoom meetings, etc. The keyboard can be reattached with the keys turned inward to the rear of the iPad which provides the position to read books and articles, or the keypad can be removed, and the kickstand completely opened to give the perfect angle for writing and for sketching. Just as other iPad cases have the auto off feature with use of a screen cover, the iPad is automatically shut off when the case is lowered to cover the screen. There is an App in the iPad App Store entitled Logitech Connect. It is not found in any other App store, just through the App Store on your iPad. It is important to download this app because it will make you aware of and allow you to download any new firmware as it becomes available and guide you to assistance in case you do need to find answers. I love this case and I love the keyboard with its touch, back lite keys, and trackpad. It is probably going to become my daily work companion and take the place of my laptop in the field. It is a little heavy, but still not nearly as heavy as the laptop and its versatility of removing the keyboard will allow me to sketch for clients, take photos, create videos, etc. – all with the same device. I highly recommend its purchase if you have an iPad Pro of either size (12.9 or this size, 11”) as it comes in both sizes, so that you can discover more efficient ways to increase your productivity and lighten your daily load.

I love the style of this case. It offers standard side and rear protection. Has a keyboard/cover that just clicks on. Also has a kick stand for tilting and media consumption. I just love what logitech has done here. They have an accessory that allows me to type when I need for work even in dim environments. Including a glass trackpad for multi tasking. When not needed I detach it and go back to my Ipd for games and media consumption. The kick stand is great to prop up the device for watch movies, etc. the only cons are that the kickstand does not open that wide so it can be a little wobbly if sitting on say the couch. Also the use of the keyboard and trackpad are great but would be nice if you could just snap in a cover instead to save thickness and weight. If you have a need to type or multitask with your Ipad then this is the only case to buy. If you do not need a keyboard all the time there are other options. Great job logitech. Also there is nothing to charge since it gets power from the Ipad which is awesome.

Not terrible but not great. When trying to adjust the volume or hit the top button to wake up the screen the case doesn’t let you so I have to always detach the case to even get to those buttons. The mouse feature is nice however sometimes when you detach it from the iPad the mouse curser is still frozen on the screen.

Love the keyboard and the ability to detach the iPad from it. The USB-C slot needs to ge a bit larger. As it is, getting a USB-C/TB3 plug in tight is often problematic: sometimes have to pop the iPad out of the case to use it easily.

Could be better if the speaker holes lined up. But other than that i love it

Volume covers don’t allow you to adjust the volume etc. Due to a very poor fit!

The Logitech Combo Touch case is the perfect case for the iPad pro. I’ve had my iPad pro 11” for almost 3 years now and ever since I bought it, I’ve been in search for the perfect keyboard case combo. The ones I was able to find either were too big and bulky, or they didn’t detach the keyboard. It seems that no 3rd party company would ever utilize the iPad’s smart connecter. Then I got the new Combo Touch and all of my wants and needs were satisfied. The combo case fits like a glove on the iPad pro 11”, all while leaving enough space to fit a screen protector on it without causing any issues. The power and volume buttons are very easy to push and feel just right. The top of the case has a perfect cut out for the apple pencil to fit snug right in there. The kickstand works great and is able to adjust to many different angles and its stiff enough that the iPad never falls or moves it. It feels very comfortable to hold, plus it provides the right amount of grip to keep it from slipping out of my hands. The rubber frame keeps my iPad protected in case I drop it, which can withstand impact. One of the best features is the detachable keyboard. The keyboard, (which connects to the iPads smart connector) doesn’t require any bluetooth connection or power, it’s all done through the smart connector. The keys feel really good and have enough space between them so you don’t accidentally hit multiple keys while typing. The keys are also backlit, which can get very bright, or you can turn the light off. The extra wide tough pad is very nice and provides plenty of room to perform multi gestures. The touch pad is also a big button that clicks no matter where you press on it, it’s very responsive and helps to turn you iPad into a full blown laptop. At the top of the keyboard is where you have full media controls, as well as a lock button to put the iPad to sleep and a home button. Overall, this has been the iPad case that I have been searching for, ever since I bought it. The quality of the case feel premium and provides plenty of protection for the iPad, while keeping it a low profile. The kickstand works very good and doesn’t fall or fold while using it. The detachable keyboard turns your iPad into a laptop with the extra large multi touch pad. The backlit keys feel great to type on, and the touch pad works flawlessly. This is the perfect iPad case! I highly recommend this to anyone who owns the iPad pro 11”.

Didn’t really like this keyboard combo case for my iPad. It’s kinda expensive and is really and item only to get if you have other cases already. My iPad was already bought with the apple magic keyboard so this was a little unnecessary.

Review for Logitech - Combo Touch iPad Pro 11" (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Generation) Keyboard Case, Backlit Keyboard, Trackpad - Oxford Gray I confess, I love most everything Logitech makes, but this iPad Combo Touch case is a thing of beauty. The first thing I noticed was the feel of the material - cloth like - somewhere between silk and canvas. It’s just so nice to hold! Then I noticed how well made, yet compact it is. There’s great edge and corner protection, but the footprint is extremely slim. You can use it in multiple modes with or without the detachable, magnetic keyboard. The display portion of the case has a versatile kickstand for viewing or drawing. The keyboard has a wonderfully large track pad that supports click-anywhere as well as gestures like pinch and tap. The keys have just the right response for typing at speed and my favorite thing, they are backlit! Some of the little features are also worth noting. The case draws its power from your iPad itself, so there are no batteries to charge. You can also charge your Apple Pencil when the case is on using the notch at the top of the case. The magnet that holds the display to the keyboard is very strong and yet, it’s easy to separate the two when you want. You can use them separately, together, or by flipping the keyboard over, as a solid unit for reading, with the keys safely tucked *inside*! Overall, with the features of the iPad Pro and this case, you have all the power of a laptop in an incredibly compact design.

Great suggestion from the Sales rep… works seamlessly with my IPad Pro.

The mouse constantly drops while navigating which of course defeats the purpose of having a keyboard with a trackpad. Everything else is great. If they fixed that, I’d give it 5 stars. There are hundreds of complaints about it dating at least 6 months ago so I’m not optimistic about a fix. It’s not worth the money until they fix this issue.
