I had the previous model, which was identical, but the without the detachable keyboard. The detachable keyboard is a game changer. It's like having a Surface Pro, but iPad Pro in place of it. Amazing job Logitech! You guys are always proving the more expensive companies wrong. You DON'T have to pay a lot of money for a great iPad Pro case!

It has proven to be the perfect selection for my needs as a graphic artist/photographer/videographer. My only suggestion would be some type of holder for an Apple Pen if applicable to the individual user.

Temporary keyboard - doesn't last

VERY very expensive for what will just be a case after only 1-2 years. $100/year is just not close to a reasonable value. The rubber around the edge ports gave out almost immediately. Throughout our whole family, we bought six of these, and 2 had keyboard issues at just over year, and two more had issues by two years. This is a true quality issue and not a one-off problem.

Posted .Hey! We apologize! The Combo Touch iPad Pro Keyboard Folio isn't compatible with the 4th gen iPad Pro 11". This model is compatible with iPad Pro 13-inch (M4), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th & 6th gen) and iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) & iPad Pro 11-inch (1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th gen).

If you're trying to use the Combo Touch on your lap or on any uneven surface, it won't be stable. It is designed for flat surfaces or is flexible enough to be used by easily detaching the keyboard to use your iPad without it while still affording protection. Someone might have put his or her old one and returned it. You should double check if it is a new on as the box has no seals. I am disappointed that Bestbuy sold it as a new one.
