Awesome look good product I returned due to it draining my iPad battery

I'd like to exchange this for the Apple keyboard. The tab key on the left side of the logitech keyboard went flying. Beware, if you carry this open like a laptop...you may experience the same. I'm a bit clumsy. The kickstand to me feels weak and prone to sliding forward on flat surfaces.

The only problem i have with this keyboard is sometimes the mouse pad will start clicking everywhere where when im typing but that’s all though

It was a great case while it lasted. After a year and half the keyboard would no longer connect. All recommendations were to run the new firmware via the app. Without a keyboard though, you can't run this firmware update because the app doesn't detect any keyboard and obviously you cant push the "Q+W+E and Opt/Alt" keys to force the update. Very frustrating as it is used daily and not cheap. Ultimately after calling Logitech and running through all the steps I had read about and already taken, they deemed it defective, had no available repairs and "at this time" could not offer anything because it was past the 1 year warranty.

This one off the best keyboards I’ve had for the iPad, would recommend.

Very useful but I wish it stayed on and wasn’t just magnetic

The only issue we found is it comes apart to easily.

If you are using as a standard tablet the keyboard pops off instead of folding behind… that really sucks. Everything else about it is good

The Keyboard works fine I guess, It detaches with the slightest movement.

Didn’t lie flat when not using the keyboard and folded over. This meant that when I needed to use just the iPad without the keyboard, we felt we needed to remove the keyboard and thus had to retrieve the keyboard from its storage spot.

I love the feel and style of it but the Bluetooth was very glitchy. Unfortunately I had to return it, needing it to function for schoolwork wasn’t ideal. Great for casual use though. I’d still recommend if it wasn’t for the Bluetooth glitch.

Keyboard works great. It’s lightweight but durable.

I prefer something hinged! This isn't good if you use it without a hard surface under it.

Love that the keyboard is detachable but wish the magnet was a little stronger. It frequently detaches when I pick it up, so I need to remember to close it before!

It doesn’t have a cellular capability so I’m very disappointed with the purchase

I love this when I use my iPad for work. My only complaint is that it does not offer much section if it drops and it doesn’t have a keyboard attached.

Durable but wish it was sturdier. I bought bc I wanted a good case and keyboard ant this brand is reputable

It is heavy. What I really do not like is that the keyboard is the case and if I want to hild the iPad vertically, I have to detach the keyboard... It doesn't fold open, it literally must be detached. Also, sometimes, it stops working while I'm working. It is convenient to travel with instead of bringing my laptop but I do not recommend this.

The characters are not marked white enough if u know what I am trying to say . I can hardly see them

Slow ke action but better than the apple Keyboard one sold with this IPad 10”. It lags behind the correct key(s) being pressed ! One needs to watch what you are printing carefully and even then go back to check your written words. Very time consuming. The keys often needs to be deliberately “stamped” as a single “tap”, typical of one’s average typing speed, does not work. On the upside, I do like the size and the feel of this keyboard.
