    The volume up and down buttons are reversed on the case, so you have to press the plus button to decrease the volume and vice versa. My inner-OCD is irritated!

    Logitech is aware of the problem and i have seen reddit articles written on it for a year and no firmware update has been issued.

    Was great at first. Had problems start right when the return date was up. My touch pad works, but doesn’t show the cursor on the screen anymore. The touch pad will give out probably 5-10 times a day and you have to push a few keys and it will start working again. Good concept but I wish I could return it to get a cheaper one that would probably act the same.

    I bought this item to use my ipad as laptop or to take notes. However, this case feels like something bigger than it should be. makes my ipad heavy, and also the materials do not feel top quality for that price. And finally, the process for the case make the ipad to run slow. I returned the item after 30 minuts aof use.

      I am sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the Logitech Combo Touch iPad cover. The design of the Combo Touch is for protection added to the productivity features, so it is heavier than other minimalistic designs that do not offer protection at all. Also, I recommend you check your iPad with Geek Squad regarding its slowing down because accessories do not interfere with the operational system.     The product is around 160-200 dollars, so you’ll expect something that won’t fold on the edges of the case after a month of use. The product works and it functional but it will wrinkle around the case edges. Not worth that price tag

    I do wish they made an option without the trackpad for my Ipad Air but it works well. The Apple version was a flop. The material is peeling in several spots and has zero protection.

    I bought this in December of 2022. It has only been 3 months and the trackpad stopped working. I still use this case, however it is inconvenient that the trackpad does not work anymore. Luckily, iPads are touch screen so it an be used without the trackpad.

    This ley board is roomy considering the ipad is just under 10 inches. I like the way the magnetic connector almost snaps itself into place when connecting the keyboard to the ipad.

    Not very user friendly. The keyboard is awkward to use and very heavy. It smelled from some sort of plastic out gassing. My prior Logitech keyboard case was much better designed.
