However, when I contacted Logitech for support, they informed me that they do not have a support center. Their only proposed solution was to offer me a 10% coupon to purchase a new one. No even trying to troubleshoot the issue, but an 10% discount code.

I’m not sure how to fix it and it negatively affects my typing experience. It is very sleek and cheaper than the Apple version but hard to love because of the jumping cursor.

I constantly get warnings that the photo camera is blocked and it has obstruction that interferes with the ability to do face recognition

I disconnect the iPad from the keyboard and reconnect it until it works. The backspace key sometimes doesn’t want to work.

It’s only been used for school work. when not in use, it is not attached. I’ve tried all the online fixes and still nothing. very disappointed.

IPad makes system top heavy.
