It will get you by but I don't like the kickstand that you have to use, as it is awkward when trying to use it on your lap. I realize the Magic keyboard is more but with the passthrough USB, I can charge my iPad and phone at the same time. I was not impressed with the Logitech, regardless of the price difference.
