They also illuminate, which is important to me. Only issue I have with the case is what I have seen mentioned before. It is not easy to grab the keyboard when it is closed to open it. Nothing to grab onto.

I think it is more cumbersome to use but safer for the IPad. Like the fact that keyboard charges automatically rather than having to independently charge case.
