However, it’s not as convenient to use as the Apple Keyboard. Go Apple.

Disappointing keyboard quality

On a flat surface, no issues... but any flex to the keyboard and the keys stick or jam. Very disappointed in this and ended up returning for the Magic Keyboard that doesn't have this problem (though offers much less protection).

Specs are identical up to the depth, which is .02 inches different. I purchased this back in September and always used the IPad on a table. I went with this over the magic keyboard because of the added security of having a case. However, the "T" key popped out in less than six months, and I did not get any resolution from customer service. I rated this low because of the disappointment in the quality and support from customer service. In comparing this with my old surface pro 3 (that I had for five years), I had no issues with the type cover. However, I've paid more for the Logitech Combo Touch iPad only to have a "key" fall off within six months. I expected more from Logitech Support, but they have a 1.7 rating on Trustpilot for a reason. Logitech has some great stuff like the MX Master 3 wireless mouse, but the quality for this product is not up there.

You have to go to your settings all the time just to be able to figure out why some keys wont work. MY keys have fallen out and i have only had this ipad a few months. I need a new one but cant afford it right now. Just don’t do it.

Garbage product from a garbage company

For 230 dollars you can tell Logitech cut every single corner possible. Had this garbage case for not even 2 months and 3 keys randomly broke off and there’s no way to purchase replacement keys, they want you to buy a whole new case. Constant connectivity issues. Overall it’s Junk junk junk and I regret buying this so much. You can’t get anything good quality these days anymore. Such a shame.

Edges get deformed.
