Save Space and Give Your Desk a Facelift
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using with the Yeti Blackout and Radius Shock Mount: This stand gets the job done and does it effectively. I was tired of having the Yeti on my desk, and the Compass did the job of getting it out of my way. Seems like a small problem in the grand scheme of things, but it took my setup to another level. Pair this with the Radius shock mount for exceptional audio quality. This was super easy to set up. It's incredibly intuitive. Each portion of the arm is adjustable as well as the tension. It even offers clips along the arm to hide that USB cable running to your mic.

Issues after moving it and remounting
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked and is working well other then the washer that is attatched to screw that tightens down on the underside of the desk came of i guess due it bending form the force of the first installation.

Great mic stand.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this desktop stand. I have a “kinda-heavy” Blue Spark mic and it holds it with ease. It moves it around well and it doesn’t loosen up. It’s good!

Not a good product for my mic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t to pleased I ended up returning because it wouldn’t stay bent with my mic. I guess my mic wasn’t heavy enough. Also as I bent it like it was supposed to do, it started tearing the plastic joint. But if you are getting the mic that was intended for this then it might work fine

Hides the cord.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it. It does what it says but a bit unwieldy at first trying to figure out how to best position it. Once in place though it works fine.

Ok but not great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product has a overall nice design and works well with mic installation, however the problem I came across was at the one of the joints, when tightened the pressed in bolt came unpressed and separated from the plastic tension and fell apart.

Adjust ability is lacking for lighter microphones.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This arm will work better for a heavier microphone. I use a hyperx quadcast and can only get the arm to stay in an over head position while seated. During my adjustment I set the overall tension to the minimum by via the angle thumb screws and loosening the screw at the bottom of the arm. After doing all this I compressed the arm to a collapsed positions and then tighted the joint thumb screws. It proceeded to expand to an over head position on when trying to bend one joint the other would straighten out. The construction on this is great in some places and lacking in others. All the joint tension screws are made of plastic (so be careful when tightening as I have found examples of the breaking off), the only external metal parts are the actual arms them selfs (the straight parts between the adjustment locations) and the mic connection location. Speaking of the mic attachment location, it is supuerb, as it has a jamnut allowing you to attach your microphone at different degrees then tighten it down very securely. All in all it works for my needs, but if you have a light mic and want to be able to move it around to different positions I'd recommend looking and a different option.
