This is a great case that protects my iPad and allows one to easily type.

This is BY FAR one of the best iPad keyboards I've had, and I've tried many over the years with many different ipad models. Yes, it adds a little weight...but the protection and functionality it affords is well worth it, and it looks pretty sweet, too! :-)

Love the backlit keyboard. Easy to type and use. Only issue I have is that it is constantly asking to update - seems to come from when you move around and the iPad disengages. Other than a minor issue, it was a good buy (saved $$) and I use it all the time.

Best option to protect and have the ease of using a keyboard

I recently purchased a new iPad Pro 9.7 and needed a keyboard. My last ipad I had a Belkin keyboard that cost $150.00. After one year it is falling apart. So with the new ipad I looked at something different. This Create gets good reviews. The Bellkin keyboard came apart, so you could use the tablet separate from the keyboard. This is a nice feature, however, you have to be very careful how you handle the case b/c it will separate easily. I have dropped the keyboard or the ipad on several occasions. I like this Create b/c it has a sturdy keyboard, easy to type on when it is on my lap. Easy to pick up one handed. Keyboard has backlighting, a must for me. BB had a sale on the Create for $99.00. My only negative is the fabric, it is a tough nylon and will probably last a long time, it is just not as attractive as the Belkin for $50.00 more!

I was looking for a case for my new iPad Pro that would allow me flexibility in typing or folding down to write on the screen with apps such as Penultimate. I was a bit worried that a smaller keyboard size for the 9.7 inch Pro would be too small and difficult to adjust to. However, that has not been the case. I've adjusted quickly to the smaller keyboard size. I love the backlit keys, as they remind me of working on my MacBook Air. The case seems very sturdy, and I trust that it will protect the iPad. A couple of tweaks I'd like to see....I wish the keyboard would fold down just a little flatter to make working with just the iPad a bit easier. I also would like to see the keyboard weigh a bit less, as it does add some weight onto the very light iPad. Overall though, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Since I upgraded to an iPad Pro from an iPad Air, I needed a new case (new iPad is slightly larger). I typically go for Logitech cases and wanted something similar to what I had with my iPad Air. This new case seems to have longer battery life and the keyboard and magnetic holder for the upright position are the same as my previous Logitech case.

Great keyboard and protective case. No power cord required and the keyboard is backlit. Would have rated it 5 stars except when I read in bed the keyboard and screen lose connection a bit so have to jiggle to get to work.

Great alternative to the Smart Keyboard case made officially by apple. This one is 20 dollars cheaper and has backlit keys on the keyboard. It also uses the same smart connector on the iPad Pro. I love it!

Love this and got it on clearance so it was a steal of a deal. I removed a star for two reasons: 1)it adds quite a bit of weight to the iPad 2) I noticed that my battery drains a lot quicker with it connected. And I always keep the LED keyboard light off so that's not the reason. But otherwise it works great and I love it.

First: I love the fact that it covers the whole tablet. It's like a little case. I had considered the Apple version, but it only acts as a front cover, and I wanted the added protection of something that enveloped the whole thing. Done. It's tough, durable. Would have liked some color options, though. Second: I really like the fact that the keyboard lights up similar to how a Mac's does. However, it also tends to go out while you're typing. It doesn't keep you from typing, but it's a distraction. Regardless, it's easy to type (soft keys), and you can use it also as a stand which is very helpful if you're reading or watching a video. Overall, it's at a good price and it does protect the tablet very well.

This keyboard is awesome. It has all the characters and shortcut buttons I need. It lights up which is awesome in a dark room. Easy to use and it was cheaper than the Apple smart keyboard

The case provides full-body protection for my iPad Pro. The keyboard feels much sturdier than the Apply keyboard, and overall is cheaper than Apple's, while providing more protection.

Strongly recommend. Build quality is great. Protects more of the iPad than the more elegant Apple Smart Keyboard. Connects instantly through the smart connector...beats Bluetooth. Backlit keyboard is a plus. Also love the way it stores the Apple Pencil which is a heck of a lot better than carrying a delicate piece of tech in my pocket or leaving it behind. Smaller than standard keyboard because I have the one for the 9.7" iPad Pro. Took a little getting used to, but keep fingers on the home keys and it works great. Action on keys gives a satisfying click and feels very natural. It's a super accessory that really expands how I use the iPad.

This is a very sturdy cover. The iPad is smaller for my son to tote to class than his computer, and this cover does a good job protecting it in his backpack. The keyboard works well, but may not be best for someone with really large hands as it is sized to fit your specific iPad.

This is a great addition for the iPad Pro 9.7. The keyboard has a great touch and the backlighting is a good feature in low light situations. The connection to the iPad is secure and you never have to worry about charging the keyboard. The only thing I would change about this product is that I would make the iPad fit a little more securely into the case. Most of the time it is fine but there have been a few situations were the iPad has slipped out of the case during opening. But overall, I really like this keyboard and am so glad I read the reviews first on both this keyboard and the Apple keyboard. I definitely made the right choice for me.

The keyboard is a tad heavy, but it does feel very sturdy and seems to provide enough protection. I like the way it feels when typing, not too mechanical or too loud. It also doesn't really consume that much of the battery power from my iPad, if that's a concern for you.

My wife has the same one for her larger iPad Pro. It is a quality product that has performed exactly as desired. Love the Apple Pencil holder (who knew?!) and the case provides a great level of protection. Would recommend this over apple keyboard as i have had both.

I chose this case because I had read many good reviews on it. It so far has met those reviews. I find the weight to be acceptable...it is a keyboard case after all. Typing on it is quite comfortable for me. Love the docking connector..no charging or pairing needed. And it is backlit!
