I bought the Logitech - Create Keyboard Case for IPad Pro about three weeks ago. After using it on a regular basis I'm having no regrets. The keyboard functions as I expected it would. Inserting the Pro into the case was easy (It had a perfect fit). I find the keyboard to be responsive using it in different apps. I do think it would be nice if more games would support the keyboard. As for the weight, let's face it the pro is heavy to begin with (compared to the iPad Air 2). As a computer graphics professor I no longer bring a bulky laptop with me to class. I find the protection okay. I would've like it to come with front and back screen & back protection for the price. The back lit keyboard is one of the main reasons I choose this case over the Apple branded keyboard. As for cons, I really haven't come across any at this point (except for the price). I would recommend anyone to buy this case. I would also recommend you to search online for all the keyboard shortcuts for the OS and the different apps that support the keyboard.

This case works perfectly with the iPad pro. The keyboard lights up so you can work in the dark and you can also use it with the keyboard light off. You can also dim the light on the keyboard. The case folds up to protect the pad within it. The keys are a little bigger than on most cases but they are a little tighter than your regular laptop keyboard. The case makes it a little difficult to use the button to turn off the pad . The keyboard turns on with the pad and off when you turn the pad off too. The keys are very smooth and quiet.

The keyboard is great on the computer. However, I don't like that you can't adjust the angle of the screen. I normally prop it up a bit when I'm watching videos. The worst part (and reason for the 1 star rating) is that I've barely had this keyboard for 30 days, and the plastic above the power button has a crack in it and is slowly popping off. I believe this is because the fit around the iPad is too tight. I could never get the power or volume rockers to work when attempting to use the screen in portrait mode, so I tried to take out my iPad to see if I could readjust it. I think that's when the plastic cracked because after that I could never get the lid to fit properly. Also, if you want to use the device in portrait mode, there is no good/comfortable way to do so without taking the device out of the case. The keyboard can fold behind the screen, but in a weird manner so that it's awkward to hold. I loved the keyboard before I realized that the side had cracked so easily--super odd because everything else about the case is so sturdy. Not what I expect from a $150 case. I suggest paying a little extra and getting the accessories from Apple.

To be honest, I thought this case was going to be flimsy and cheap looking considering it was only $10.
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it, It's very durable, has a non slip texture and it even has a built in keyboard. Great buy!

Case felt durable and I liked the ballistic nylon outer cover.
Full size- backlit- keyboard was nice.
Case construction material is not designed in a away that makes it durable enough to remove the iPad frequently. Ours broke after the 1 yr warranty expired and logitech won’t replace or compensate.
Wrist rest area around bottom of keyboard is made of aluminum type material and will rub against glass screen when closed and leave marks. I added a strip of scotch tape to act as a buffer.

This case provides very good protection for the IPAD Pro. The keyboard is lighted and works pretty well. Occasionally there is a lag in displaying the characters, but for the most part works well. The IPAD and keyboard go together quickly and stays tight with the use magnets. I give it four starts because it adds some weight to the IPAD which is not that big of a deal, but one of the reasons to have the IPAD was to get away from the weight of the laptop. Overall I would recommend this cover for the protection and ease of use.

Big iPad Pro Keyboard

When I purchased my iPad Pro accessories seemed as difficult to find as the IPad Pro I wanted itself. I've had Logitech keyboards for my other smaller iPad previously and they all have provided durable service. This one is a rather large and heavy case that seems will also be as durable as others I have used. I have found that the iPad itself will come loose from the base from time to time. The iPad snaps into a plastic frame to keep it in place on the screen side and the keyboard fold up onto that screen making it appear much like a small laptop. The keyboard works fine and the Bluetooth finds the iPad perfectly. I didn't find any key touch lag between what I was typing and what I had on the screen. The iPad itself sits up nicely for viewing which is great for viewing on an airplane tray table. If I plan on doing a lot of typing while away with this iPad then this is what I will use. But I do find it to be rather large and I am always trying to condense the size and weight of my carry on shoulder bag so that I can fit it under the seat in front of me. I prefer to work from my bag as opposed to bringing a larger bag that would only fit in the overhead. For longer trips I don't have an option and bringing the iPad with this case makes it great to protect it in the seat back or on my lap during the flight. If space is not a concern, this is the keyboard. If you like the thinness of your iPad and prefer to travel that way, then another keyboard may suit your needs better. I gave a 4 star rating because of the somewhat larger and heavier size as well as the regular dropping of the iPad from the frame which can be annoying when opening the case. I personally will own this one, along with the standard magnetic Apple cover and the smaller thinner attachable Apple keyboard for whatever situation I'm traveling in. This probably won't be a concern for most people so protection, durability and ease of use would be what you're looking for. You can't miss here.

This is an excellent device and I like it far better than the Apple keyboard for the I Pad Pro. Offers lots of selections on the keyboard to enable you to do most anything. Keyboard is backlit and easy to use. No issues at all with this device although it is a little heavy....BUT I like the way it really protects the I Pad Pro....

Some reviewers think this keyboard doesn't work as well with the iPad Pro as the Apple one that was made especially for it. But I gotta tell you, after comparing the two (a friend has the Apple), I think the Logitech is better. It has backlit keys (a must), and the keys seem more substantial than the Apple keyboard. Yes, the Logitech is a tad bulkier and weighs a little more, but to me that makes it seem more secure and protective. I have to admit, though, I eventually returned the Logitech because I just didn't use it enough. I also have a new MacBook Pro, so I didn't see the need to keep a $150 keyboard when I could type on the iPad itself (like I'm doing right now) or break out the really nice laptop. If you don't have that option, stick with the Logitech. You'll save a little money and be happier - I think - in the end.

I like it, but ...

I like this case for several reasons:
1. Offers great protection
2. Connects to the iPad physically rather than Bluetooth
3. Keyboard is illuminated
4. Keyboard feels like a true desktop keyboard
Drawbacks:
1. Cumbersome if you are not using the keyboard
2. Hard to take the iPad out when I need to.
3. Heavy
I needed a cover that offered protection, but was easy to remove from the iPad when I wanted to. This case was the best I could find. I wish the iPad came out easier...maybe it will loosen up in time. I do not regret getting it and definitely recommend it to others!

Hi Angie,
Thank you very much for your feedback on our Logi CREATE.
We understand that you have concern about the weight and size, we’d love to provide some background on the overall design. Because this product was designed to provide front and back protection, and can be used as a laptop replacement, weight and size is a natural result. Aspects that contribute to the size, include: - Its scissor keys. The keys used require additional material, but are also the best keyboard technology available today and provide the best typing experience possible. The keyboard’s backlighting, also slightly adds to the case’s weight. - Its durable materials also help to protect the front and back of your iPad Pro from everyday handling, bumps and scratches.
// We hope that you find the Logi CREATE Keyboard Case delivers on its promise of productivity, helping you get more done with your iPad Pro.
Best regards, The Logi CREATE Team

Great keyboard and excellent case combo. It protects your new gigantic iPad and makes you feel like you use a laptop. My mom, friends almost everybody thought I bought a new thinnest laptops not the world. It is a great, very elegant and very nice looking piece to complete your iPad. It doesn't use any batteries, directly gets the juice from your iPad. No need to pair it up. I liked the angle when you open it up. Very convenient to read and watch. Very well made and sturdy product. Keyboard is backlit as well. It turns off/on your iPad when you close/open the case.

I bought this keyboard for my wife. She has MS and sometimes as difficulty with the on screen keyboard on the iPad. The keyboard has made it much easier for her to use the iPad for typing. I also like that it is a functional case that protects the iPad from damage. For her the only complaint would be the added weight. Overall it is a good product that I can honestly say has added to the quality of her life.

From my observations this is the case/keyboard Apple should have made themselves. It runs off the iPad Pro's battery, just like the Apple keyboard, but it also can cover the entire iPad, front and back. Not sure what Apple was thinking with a partial cover design. Anyway, the Logi is a bit less expensive than the Apple, it has backlit keys, a nice "touch" to the keys, and can be used to hold the iPad Pro similar to a laptop, but at a fixed angle. It can also be folded behind, out of the way, for using the iPad while reading/viewing as if the Logi keyboard were not there. The only negative is the weight of the two combined. Apple has designed the iPad Pro to be surprisingly light in weight on its' own, but the Logi keyboard seems to weigh at least as much, so the combined weight can get a bit much when holding the two in a normal reading position, not lying on a table or desk. As a plus, I just received the Apple Pencil and discovered the magnet below the Logi name tag at the bottom of the keyboard can hold the pencil in place.

This case does add a bit of weight, but it is a very nice keyboard that takes advantage of the new keyboard port in the iPad Pro.
It does offer good protection.
Only cons for me are It feels a little slippery, and it only stands up in landscape mode.
