In my opinion it falls short in two areas. I find it difficult to work with it when I want to use it without the keyboard. To fold it over and use the touchscreen instead of the keyboard feels awkward because it is heavy to hold up. You feel like you would like to remove it from the cover and keyboard but it does not come out easily. So you tend to always use it with the keyboard in the keyboard position. This is not all bad but I do start to question why I bought a tablet if I am always using it in a laptop position instead of in a held tablet position.

The case was specifically designed to tightly grip the iPad Pro to ensure that it is secure whenever it is in the case and has been rigorously tested in Logitech labs and has also passed comprehensive testing by Apple.

That said, it feels like a small lap top. But I pretty much know when I need to slide it out versus keeping it in the case. The case is solid and sturdy and once it's seated, it takes a lot to knock it loose. The layout is pretty much dead on with the regular Apple keyboard and the ability to hit a key to put it in standby mode is pretty nice as is the volume, brightness, and media keys. And because it runs from the power of the ipad, it never needs charging. Great product!
