    The one I bought new at BestBuy was very fragile, and broke very quickly. The CONCEPT is great, and I thought I'd try another. I bought a factory refurbished one, and I am careful with it. So far, it has worked well. I would recommend this to a friend, but with these caveats: installation is annoyingly tight; treat it with care.
