keyboard/case combination works for early well sometimes I have to turn iPad off and on for to start working again that could be a programming error on Apple's part or not not sure the material for the outside of the case is not my favorite I'd be happy with the leather overall not bad

My son got an iPad Pro for online school during COVID. We got this so he could do school work. Within a month the keys were broken and he has not used since.

This is a nice looking iPad case and keyboard. Very unfortunately: 1. the volume buttons do not work properly. 2. On more than one occasion the volume was shut off. 3. It "takes an act of congress" to take the iPad off and on the case.

Not sure why it does, but it lags when typing. I had the red one and it did not do it. Bought the black because of color, have to take it back. The keyboard just cant keep up with my typing.

Really happy with the keyboard, it is a little heavy as some of the reviews commented, but hey! get a life, it works great, and really who cares if it is a little heavy. that is just more protection.

As a fan of Logitech's (or is it Logi's) earlier keyboards for iPads, I immediately purchased this keyboard to use with my new iPad Pro. It is a solidly built case and it is a little bulky. It also adds a good amount of weight to the iPad, but it also provides you with the closest experience to a fully functional laptop-style keyboard available on the market. The keyboard is a breeze to use. Just open up the case and set your iPad near the docking connecter and it will snap into place with a satisfying click. It feels really stable while in laptop mode and there is enough support when using the touch screen. The keyboard features a full number row as well as a function row for on/off, brightness, playback, and search. This is really helpful because the case does cover the on/off switch and volume buttons and the plastic is really resistant, making those buttons hard to press. The keyboard has a good amount of tactile feedback and does not feel mushy. And the backlighting is great and with the new connector on the iPad, the keyboard never needs to be charged or paired. It all happens seamlessly when you click the iPad into place. You can also fold the case into a tabletop mode, which is nice for using a sketching app or holding in your lap to watch videos. The case also feels very durable and is covered in a tough cloth-like material. A few things I think Logi could improve is the bulky heft of the keyboard. Although it does feel very stable, the case is pretty thick and I feel they could trim off some of the fat on this case. It adds a lot of weight to an already heavier device, so don’t expect this case to be really sleek and light. Sliding the iPad in and out of the case is also a little intimidating and tough, but I understand they had to secure the iPad in the case. It just made me very nervous getting the iPad into the case. Overall, if you’re looking for a case that gives you a laptop like experience and you don’t mind adding bulk or heft to your iPad Pro, I would highly recommend this case. It is strong, secure, and typing on it is great. But if your looking for sleek and thin, you should probably look elsewhere.

I bought this keyboard for my iPad Pro and it worked perfectly for about a month then it began to have the error message 'accessory not supported'. I had really hoped the last iOS upgrade would have fixed it but it hasn't. I tried to reboot my iPad and all of the weird ways people had posted but no such luck. Total waste of money.

Did not last long. Stopped working after a year so I am not happy.

It will not stay connected. You have to keep replacing it back on the connection to make it work

Wow! this is such an awesome case for my Ipad pro, especially after spending over a thousand dollars. I love it because it protects my Ipad pro all around it. However, some people complain about the added weight, but I personally don't see any difference. It seems very light to me. I've two kids and they both tried to get the iPad out of the case but was unsuccessful. Thanks for such a great product and I truly recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy a durable case for their ipad pro.

This purchase isn't worth it your constantly worrie about it scratching your iPad screen

Picked one up at Best Buy this evening. Had ordered the Apple keyboard, but it still had 4 weeks back order, so when I saw this along with the positive reviews here and elsewhere, decided to cancel the Apple one and go with the logitech keyboard. It offers adequate protection for the iPad and is easy enough to set up. Love the backlit keys and the top row function keys for volume, dimming, task switching, etc. I am very satisfied and do not regret getting this, I think it's actually more functional than the Apple one and it's a little less expensive. Very good quality build and feel.

It was ok for few days, and after that stop working

This cover always snapped my iPad out of place as I was setting it up. I did not want to risk my iPad investment by using this horrible unsuitable and unprotective product. Wish the salesperson would have introduced me to the actual suitable I pad cover that Apple designed. Ended up trading it for the apple cover.

Stopped working after roughly 60 days. I tried calling support, but they hide behind unlisted phone numbers. Don't buy, unless you have money to burn, in which case, burn the money - less effort than schlepping to the store.

The Good: This keyboard has a great design, good typing keys and a nice outer layer for protection. The Bad: It feels like it may weigh 5 lbs by itself. It flaps all over the place, and if the iPad were dropped, there's no telling how it would land. The viewing angle is horrible, and doesn't work well with the pencil. Very disappointed and I am returning. I hope Apple's version makes me feel better about purchasing the iPad Pro.

I would love this product is there was a way to make the screen rotate to 360 degrees for profile viewing for apps that use this orientation. The keyboard feels good, and the outer case supplies a great deal of protection. The lighting on the keyboards is super handily on flights and in low light areas. It basically comes down to deciding if you can live with reading a screen sideways when using apps with profile only orientation.

The IPAD never seems fullly secured inside when snapped inside and standing IPAD up inside to use keyboard is not really functional as case keeps falling down

So glad I purchase this keyboard instead of the Apple keyboard. It protects the entire iPad. I purchased the red cover with the gold key pad. Looks great with my gold iPad. The keys are very easy to use and once the iPad is connected it is very stable. It has more features than the Apple keyboard and was $20 less. Great product and value!! Check it out before you make your purchase.
