Works excellent with the iPad Pro. It turns the iPad into a computer. But makes it hard to hold as a tablet. Overall I think is perfect.

I bought the Create with keyboard directly from Logitech and decided to return it immediately upon receipt per their published 30-day return policy. It is not apparent on the website how to return an item and very difficult to reach the right person by phone. When I finally got someone, instead of instructions, I was told I would receive a call within 24 hours, which hasn't happened. In this day of easy returns, this is inexcusable.

Do not purchase this product. It will scratch the top screen of your iPad. The customer support is horrible. I was told that I would be contacted via phone for the damage to my iPad about 2 months ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. My case also stopped working after about 3 months. The customer support was about to send me a new one when I contacted them to complain, but once they heard that it damaged my iPad as well, they have stopped all communication. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this product and their customer support was so horrible that I had to share. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I would have given this keyboard 5 stars except for the fact that with extended usage it began to scratch my ipad screen. I loved everything about it (noticed the past tense). I took it back and got the apple keyboard to go with my pro, I would rather pay a little more instead of dealing with a permanent scratch on my iPad Pro screen.

As of 9.2, this keyboard case experiences horrible lag which cannot be addressed by Logitech and has not been patched by Apple. This makes the Logitech CREATE keyboard case UNUSABLE. It will often skip keypresses or spaces or double-press keys and combined with auto-correct, you end up with a jumbled mess. Don't buy this until they patch it.

Works ok still getting used to it and all the features with it

This product is seriously flawed. When closed, the portion of the keyboard at the top constantly rubs against the glass, causing it to etch a permanent line in the glass. Now my very expensive iPad is damaged by the thing I bought to protect it.

I was hoping this would be a great case/keyboard and it is just ok. I would give it four stars if you could keep the screen at a 90 degree angle without flipping it off the keyboard. It has grown on me after two months of use.

Worked fine initially, then I noticed the top and bottom part of the ipad Pro screen has scratches from the case where it touches. They will not come out............basically destroyed the ipad glass

This case is not worth $149 the ipad won't stay in the case if you wiggle it a little it falls out. The keyboard lights keep flashing on and of when it's unplug when you're not using it. This case at most would be worth about $50 and that's being generous.

I bought this when I got my ipad, put it on and thought awesome this is great. Nope, within a month the keyboard started to cut out while typing here and there. I have whole sentences that look worse than a completely drunk person typed. Since it was only once in while I let it go. Now its constant and half the websites I go to it wont even work. It has become so useless and makes me wish I had never bought it. It has rubbed the ipad so bad that its ugly where it sits on the keyboard. I wouldn't of thought this product would be this bad because we have had decent luck with most Logitech products. Sadly I wouldn't reccomend this even to my worst enemies. For $130 I expected better :(, if I could leave zero stars I would.

After 8 months the upper plastic on my case was chipping and causing damage to my iPad so I contacted customer service for the warranty and submitted my claim via their email process. After 3 months going back and forth sending pictures and shipping my case to them they said the case was not defective and denied my claim. I will not be buying another Logitech product in the future. Now after throwing $150 away I am back to find another keyboard case.

I read the reviews on this product & they were very favorable. So I bought. Less than 2 months it just stopped wrking. Extremely disappointing. If you check the Logitech forums you will see that I am not alone. Many customers are having the same problem. Check it out before u waste ur $. And good luck trying to get help from Logitech.

It seems every time I try to take it out of the bulky case or put it in, it tries to shut my IPad off. It is also difficult to simply put it to sleep. I actually wish I didn't spend the money on this products.

Gets a 1 for dying in about 90 days. Also arrow keys are too small. Was good while it worked.
