The case is bulkier than i had anticipated, and the cloth exterior is prone to getting dirty quickly. I did like the quick access buttons but with the Apple keypad/case their are shortcuts as well. Even though that Apple keyboard is more expensive, it is not bulky and looks far superior when matched with the clip on back shell.

For the price i think it cpuld be a lot sturdier and have a better keyboard.

After three weeks the option key fell off I want to see if I can get it fixed

I needed a case/ keyboard for my brand new iPad, Within 10 uses a couple of keys popped off, the keyboard works sporadically and I don't even try it I just use my iPad I'm very frustrated. For the money I spent the quality should be a lot better!! I wish I would not purchased.

I bought this keyboard because it was highly recommended by other online reviews, but was disappointed when i got it. It added weight to the iPad and the keyboard typing surface felt cramped

I bought this for an ipad by recommendation. it didnt fit for one. eventually it came apart and I ordered a replacement through the warranty. same thing.

This product was flimsy and did not protect my iPad well. The keyboard was nice but positioning the iPad was difficult. I returned this item.

After reading many reviews, I decided to give this keyboard a try instead of Apple's smart keyboard. The reason I chose this product over Apple's was because I had difficulty adjusting to the keys on the smart keyboard since there is single piece cloth like material covering the keys. The keys seems to stick and inhibited me from being able to type fluidly. The Logitech create is the closest to a macbook feel when typing and it utilizes the iPad Pros smart connect capability. I have had this keyboard for a few weeks now and have used this to type multiple papers and school assignments. I love the iPad Pro and keyboard setup. It has worked great for school and really like how easy it is to carry with me. The apple pencil slot is also another great feature. However, if you use a apple pencil cozy (a silicone cap that attaches to the pencil to keep you from losing the cap), it may be a little difficult to close. But if you slide the pen out just a bit to let the cap out, you'll have no problem closing. Another reviewer took some stars off for not providing enough protection for the iPad. It is true that the case is easy to pop off from the iPad, however, this is a positive for me because its not so tight it will scratch the body when removing. I also like that it is easy to remove so I can put it back in my silicone case with smart cover when I am not using the keyboard for school. This product is well made, so far dependable, and offers many features and functions.

This keyboard stopped working after two months. I tried to return it to Best Buy. They would not accept it back because it was over 15 days from purchase date. I contacted the manufacturer and they have not been easy to deal with at this point. The product has a one year warranty. I have yet to have a replacement or a resolution to fix or replace my keyboard at this point. I sent the SN from the box it came in and was told that was wrong SN and to send one on the keyboard. I resent SN from actual keyboard and I am waiting to hear back from Logitech.

Have had the keyboard for a couple of weeks and worked great for a week or so. Now the keys stick or don't work half the time. A lot of money for a couple of weeks of value.

Power switch broke and right side clip that holds IPad also broke. Otherwise was good for about 9 months

I returned as iPad did not fit properly making it difficult to use. Good concern poor fit

My IPad will not stay in. It keeps popping out. Waste of money since I cannot return it

This case does not securely hold the iPad Pro. Disappointed but need it to use them right away so unable to return them.

Poor design. Bought it at a great price, but returned it the next day. There's no way for the iPad to stay put in the casing for it. Encases 3/4" of your iPad. Bottom half is open near the spine of the case, therefore, iPad is free to move around. Horrible design. I would not recommend.

TERRIBLE! No even 10 months and it is not longer working... I always have a keyboard for my IPad because of the type of job I do. This is the 1st time I have this brand I don’t think I will buy it again I got it just because a Zagg was not available at the time of my purchase.
