I opted to exchange it for the more sleek apple keyboard.

The Logitec Create keyboard for my ipad Pro only worked for a few seconds when I first purchased it. I tried adjusting several settings to no avail. The keys lit up, but only one key functioned (the keyboard Key). Even the Geek Squad could not get it to function.

This keypad has to be in EXACTLY the right place with respect to the iPad to work half the time or more. I would love to return it for a better one that really works but my 15 days are up. So. Don’t lose your money like I did. Don’t buy this product.

This was purchased new and had several keys that were not wired correctly giving the wrong letter or symbol. Although brand new Logitech refused to honor any sort of warranty stating it was out of warranty even though I had me receipt.

I had this keyboard for about 3 months when it stopped working. I called the manufacturer and said nothing could be done since it was past the 30 day mark. Not worth the money AT ALL!

Did not suit our needs. Was too clunky when folding it back to use the iPad while holding like a book. I'm sure it would be fine for typing at say a table, but just not what we wanted.

Keyboard is often not recognized by IPAD. It constantly tells you it is looking to upgrade software driver. Very disappointed.

They keyboard just stop working. I was only using it a few hours a week. I'm passed the return timeframe...and now I have to send it back to the manufacture.

I can't get the keyboard to work with my iPad & there are no instructions that come with the product. I'll need to bring it in for help from the Geek Squad.

Not highly recommended, broke down in less than a month of use, the keyboard is very easy to disconnect. Was not very useful to me.

I have gone through 3 of these now to try and get one to last for my son. The quality is just not there for the price!

Was not happy with this case and returned it for the apple keyboard. It's slimmer and can detach.

After a week, the keyboard stopped working. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it stopped.

My purchase was 11/11/16 and the keyboard stopped working. I loved it up to that point.

This case has been wonderful. Great protection and convenient backlit easy to use keyboard. Very long lasting battery life for keyboard. Only complaint is sometimes the smart connector does not lineup just perfectly with my iPad and has to be adjusted rather frequently to connect

Let me start by saying I LOVE this keyboard. Ive had it for weeks now and I love the feel of the keys, I love the outside material, I love the brightness of the backlight. I love the way it folds. People complain it scratched their screen. I feel if you shell out $600+ on an iPad Pro, just spend another $20 on a screen protector. That's what I did and not a single scratch yet. I just love it!... BUT, there's 1 downfall that REALLY bothers me... The keys don't stay backlit for long. They stay on while you're typing, but if you stop for 5 seconds (literally), the light turns off until you start typing again. This isn't a problem if you're in a well lit room. But if you're someone who likes to sit on your front porch at night doing some work online like me, it might bother you too. I get it's a battery conservation feature, I just wish they would have implemented an option to switch that feature off. But even with that 1 issue, I still give it 5 stars cause the good outweighs the bad tremendously. I still love this keyboard!

I intended to purchase the Apple version of the smart connect keyboard for my iPad Pro 9.7" (I'm writing this review on it now). My Best Buy store did not have the Apple version in stock, so I checked out the Logitech one. I was actually impressed by several factors. The outside of the case has a textured, almost carbon fiber feel to it. This will certainly help me hang on to the device when carrying. It has a holder for the Apple Pencil and most importantly, a lighted keyboard, which the Apple version does not have. At $20 cheaper than Apple, this was a good buy. Overall, I really like this keyboard. This is my second iPad and third keyboard I've used and this is better than Zagg or Belkin. My only complaint is the keys are a little slick, but typing overall is still no problem. It almost resembles the feel of my MacBook Pro. Certainly a good product and fortunate for me that the Apple version was out of stock.

I rate the Logitech Keyboard case for the IPad Pro the best...and I know first hand, since this I am on my third keyboard. I first purchased the Apple Keyboard. Key images began wearing out after a week. And there wasn't a real feel for the keys. Then I had to re-start my Ipad several times to reengage. Also, not practical to pull out Ipad once in place. Second keyboard...the Brydge. Nice feel, but sooo heavy and the ipad kept falling backwards when titled back. Eventually it stopped working. The Logitech is WONDERFUL! If feels sleek, it's not too heavy, quick response to my typing. Closing it feels like it's really protecting my device. And I can fold back or under when I want to use the Ipad without the keyboard. From someone who has tried at least three keyboards... I say buy the Logitech. Oh, and it's the best priced!

I decided to buy the keyboard for the Apple iPad Pro but found this Logitec brand instead of the Apple brand because it is backlit and price, of course. So far it is very useful.

While I was purchasing the iPad Pro, I noticed this cover since it was 1/2 off in a bundle. So I bought it. I didn't expect much. I absolutely love it. The keyboard gets power from the iPad. So, no batteries are needed. There's a place to put the Apple Pencil. On the keyboard, there are several shortcut buttons. I love the fact that the keyboard is back-lit. I highly recommend this cover
