    I purchased this mouse b/c it had 5k+ 5star reviews. It was terrible. It would not stay connected and had a terrible lag. I am returning it

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

    Does not come with a unifying receiver.

    Unfortunately, I never got to use it because it did not come with the unifying receiver as advertised nor did it have the symbol to indicate it works with one so it was returned immediately. Please Bestbuy update your description.

    This has zero to do with Best Buy. This mouse was such a disappointment. It is slow, and uncomfortable to use all around. I have tried to adjust with no success. I’m back to my old mouse.

    I really needed a computer mouse ASAP because my laptop's trackpad was hurting my wrists. This mouse arrived and looked great, but the slider button to turn it on and off felt jammed. I had to slide my nail under the slider and push really hard just to get it to budge to the "on" and "off" positions. The next day the mouse wouldn't work at all. I'm extremely disappointed that Logitech would make such a defective product. I love the design but I don't know if I want to risk ordering another one just to get another defect.

      Thank you for choosing Logitech and for sharing your experience with the Design Collection Wireless Optical Mouse. I am sorry that you have experienced this issue; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the “Downloads” section of the Logitech support website. If your mouse is not working, I recommend downloading the “Unifying” software to reestablish the connection with the USB receiver. I see the description mentions the “Nano” receiver, but according to the packaging and the specifications on Logitech’s website, the receiver should be the “Unifying” receiver. (The Unifying receiver will have the Unifying icon on the USB receiver, the Nano receiver is all black). If the receiver is the Nano receiver, you would want to use the “Connection Utility” software. The power switch should move between the on and off positions with relative ease. Please feel welcome to contact Logitech support for further assistance. The Design Collection Wireless Mouse comes with a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.

      Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you had some connectivity issues with your mouse. I would recommend making sure the USB receiver is fully connected to the computer, and if possible, try a different USB port, as an imperfect connection is usually what causes these types of connection issues.
