Posted .Hey! Thank you for sharing your review about Logitech Desk Mat. We are glad you like the product. For the stain issue you can follow the steps below to clean your device:
Before You Clean
- Do not wash your mat in a washing machine
- Do not dry your mat in a tumble dryer
- Don’t put cleaning liquids directly on your mat.
- Don’t use bleach, acetone/nail polish remover, strong solvents, or abrasives as it might affect the mat’s polyester fabric surface condition and cause discoloration.
- When using cleaning sprays, spray the cloth and wipe — do not spray the mat directly.
- Dust the mat off by holding it vertically with one hand while tapping gently on it with the other hand.
Wiping and Cleaning Your Mat
- To wipe or clean the mat, use regular tap water to lightly moisten a clean, soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the mat.
- For heavier stains, you might additionally use a small amount of soap on the lightly moist, clean, soft cloth and gently rub stained areas. Rinse thoroughly the surface by using the same moist cloth. Repeat until all traces of soap are gone.
- You can also use fragrance-free disinfecting wipes, fragrance-free anti-bacterial wet wipes.
- Let it dry on a flat surface. Do not tumble dry, do not iron.
