Especially when the date for shipping was an open-building day, it is disappointing. Thus isn't the first time. Amazon doesn't let this happen.

Having to lift my thumb on and off the roller defeated the purpose of having it. Then, when lifting off the roller to use one of the buttons, the cursor would frequently move.
