Works perfectly. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is hard to use a regular mouse. Having this fit perfectly in a position that is comfortable to my hands and wrist makes it more comfortable.

This works as expected. This is my first trackball mouse so I really don't have anything to compare it to. It works better than the Mac track pad for my music server.
